Grayson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information that would lead to the arrest and indictment of the person(s) responsible for the death of Kiersten Dunn, 20 year old female from Sherman, Texas. Kiersten was located February 20th, 2024 on Whitney Road in Sherman, Texas.

Information Wanted on Fatal Shooting

On December 11, 2023, at approximately 5:45 p.m., Aarzo Jones was believed to have been shot at 10500 Lake June Road. The victim was taken by private vehicle to a Mesquite hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 220043-2023.

Who is Starting the Fires?

The Grayson County Fire Marshal’s Office is asking for the community’s help in solving a series of arson fires in the Southmayd, Texas area. These fires have involved multiple hay bales, fields and pastures occurring over the past 18 months. Most of these fires have occurred between 5pm and midnight.

Second Suspect Identity Needed in Sunnyvale Shooting
July 27, 2023
Sunnyvale, TX - On June 6, 2023 at approximately 5:59pm, officers responded to a shooting at 201 Planters Road, Sunnyvale, Texas (Riverstone Trails Apartments). Five individuals were shot while sitting in a vehicle. One victim, Tyesha Merritt, a 27-year-old black female, died on-scene of gunshot wounds. Although four others were wounded, it is believed that Merritt was the intended target.
Witnesses and security camera footage identified the suspect vehicle to be a 2017-2020 Black Toyota Camry. The suspect, which was the passenger of the Camry, was briefly seen and was described as a black male with a mask. The suspect was seen on video footage exiting the suspect vehicle from the passenger side and firing 9 shots into the victim’s vehicle and quickly re-entered the suspect vehicle. The male appeared to be over 6’ tall.

Fatal Hit and Run on Botham Jean Boulevard
March 14, 2023
Dallas, TX - On August 20, 2022, at approximately 3:38am, a 2006-2009 black or dark blue Ford Edge ran over a pedestrian that was lying in the roadway at 5600 Botham Jean Boulevard. According to witnesses at the scene, the suspect vehicle was occupied by two black females. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Help Identify Audi Driver Who Killed Pedestrian

DALLAS, TX- The Dallas County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public’s assistance in looking for the driver of a car that hit and killed a pedestrian on I-30 at Buckner Boulevard.
Witnesses observed the man struck by a gray or silver Audi sedan on Sunday, September 11, 2022 around 9:10pm. The sedan then fled the scene. The Audi will have significant left front damage.

Red Hood Thieves Stealing Mowing Equipment

DALLAS, TX - On July 15, 2022 at approximately 6:30pm, a Theft offense occurred at the 5400 block of Parkdale Drive. The suspects were captured on surveillance recording and seen entering the rear lot of the business and removing mowing equipment without the owner’s consent. The suspects were driving the pictured Chevy Suburban with a red color hood.

Someone Knows These Burglars
July 26, 2022
DALLAS, TX - The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two burglary suspects seen in these still images taken from the victim’s surveillance video. On July 19, 2022 at approximately 4am, the suspects burglarized a Dollar General store located in the 1700 block of S. Buckner Boulevard. Tattoos can be seen on the arms of the first suspect who was the driver of the pictured vehicle; he also walked with a limp. The second suspect was shorter than the first and was wearing what appears to be a Boston Red Sox baseball cap. Both suspects appear to be Latin males.
